I had just purchased a new vape here yesterday and was told if I didn't like it I could keep the receipt and get it exchanged. When I attempted to take it back, I was told they could not exchange it because it had been used. But their website claims a 90 day refund or return policy. Honestly feels like I was robbed. How am I supposed to even know if I am satisfied with the product if I don't use it? I am so furious with their service. If I could leave them one star, I would. They seemed so nice when I was making the purchase and went as far as offering me a discount on a different purchase without addressing the money I have already wasted with them. All they could say is they were sorry and I thought yes y'all sure are. I know that now; wish you had told me that before I bought anything from you. Edit after response, the device had not been dropped and my complaint was that the device was leaving too much nicotine salt in my mouth and instead of truly addressing the malfunction you said I just needed to change the cartridge which made no sense because I was also complained about the way the device hit compared the much cheaper vuse I am used to buying and all you could do is offer me an excuse and make it my fault that your device doesn't work and you wouldn't exchange it because it was used. The whole experience made absolutely no sense.
