A really good gym that has plenty of weights and cardio equipment. Individual instruction available and workout classes are scheduled throughout the day. Gets a bit crowded after 4 in the afternoon but that's the only real drawback. Worth the money for a membership

This is one of my favorite gyms ever. You need help...they got it! Prices are fair and they have lots of services too. Lots of free weights, plenty of racks, clean and doesn't smell like a locker room either. Got my body scanned and it was crazy all of the stuff i learned about my own body just from one scan!! Definitely a great gym to look into if you are thinking about joining a gym!

Really not happy that I paid so much to join, some are fine with this gym but personally there's a lot lacking here Running list of complaints - no neutral grip bars at all for cables. Literally none -consistantly uncomfortably hot inside - cable machines are uneven, some pull harder some are more slack -the pullies drag so any smooth motion is difficult -the bars and handles are cheap and have no grip -leg press machine is awkwardly small and cramped - there are not enough handles for the cables, there is constantly one cable machine without a handle - the music is old
