Worst place takes weeks to switch medication to a different pharmacy. They cuss my wife out and refuse to do their job

I’m beyond sick of this place. You can’t get an appointment for over a month unless it’s a same day appointment, and when you call for a same day appointment there’s always an issue and they will “call you back”. The staff is rude and clueless, and they don’t seem like they care at all about what their job entails. Will be switching to providence since they can’t seem to get their stuff together, and I had to go to 2 different clinics to get what I needed done. They seemed to be able to handle it with no issues, so why can’t rogue community health?

When health gets to a point where nothing else matters I highly recommend rogue community health where it's a strong background with prestigious doctors and award-winning therapists as well as nurses and all educated personnel that are there to help and make sure that you are taken care of thank you road community

I have always found the Staff, from the Front Desk to the Nursing and Medical Providers to be caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional people. I can't recommend them more highly!

Questions & Answers

How do you mess up a fasting blood test for diabetes? Answer: don't tell your patient they need to fast first! Then charge them $400 for a blood test you botched, and immediately send it to collections. A bunch of incompetent A-holes.

Correct. The idea with the entire medical industry is to create as many appointments and instances of charging people's insurance. They want to give you as little Service as possible each time. They don't actually want to fix your problems but rather exacerbate them. If they were to fix anything, they'd be out of a job. Additionally, if you're relatively healthy and you don't go see them regularly, they'll treat you like discarded garbage and throw you away. Worse, they have no idea how to handle dealing with someone who's smarter than them who barely needs them for anything other than their prescription pad. The medical industry, the insurance companies and the government are all in bed together and we're nothing but slaves or like fruit they pluck as they farm us in this giant scam of treatments instead of cures. 3 months I waited for a referral to a nutrition specialist and it never came. The entire time they tried to manipulate me and lied to me, tried to handle me.

Does anyone know if this clinic takes all care card

Yes they do, but I can't recommend them to anyone. Staff and some doctors are not pleasant or know their jobs. Rude!

Asante News indicates Rogue Community Health is a drug take back site for unwanted prescriptions on 4/27. I see that your store is not open on Saturdays. What hours can drugs be dropped off at the 19 Myrtle Street location?

Monday through Friday 8-5 it's a green drop dox in the lobby. It does not allow for bottles though so to save time if you have multiple bottles that are partially full consolidate into less bottles by just filling them up.
