Always friendly to work with. Always do a really nice job with cutting and wrapping our beef. They are often booked several months ahead so you should call them well before you are ready to butcher.

Great question Angie. You would purchase the beef live from a farmer, the price changes weekly. You pay the farmer for the beef, and you pay Valley Meat Processors for the processing. We've found that a beef that weighs roughly 350 pounds after slaughter is our average here. Total cost is estimated at about $1000. The meat that you take home ends up being around $5 per pound.
