Such a fun place with a great variety of shops. Cheese Shop was awesome and the shop to make little fairy terrariums was fun. Every shop offered unique wares. Wallet was empty when we left.

This group of shops is one my wife’s favorite places. Food, coffee, snacks, household goods, toys, home decor and more. A great destination.

Love the kitchen store baked goods, butchershop, and wind chimes. Some of the best beef jerky, coffee and fresh pretzels I've had. Homemade heavy cream for the coffee could stand on its own as dessert. And the sample tictacs from the candy store made my day! Always a pleasure! I have been going there every year on my trip through and am only disappointed when they sell out!

This place had quite a bit of items. It is my favorite market near Harrisonburg/surrounding areas. They had antiques, furniture, candies, homemade truffles, homemade beef jerky that was being made right there in the little shop and my friends and boyfriend loved it – they each bought some, homemade and store-bought cheese, fresh cuts of meats, local honey and where you can bring in your container and get honey, milk products, souvenirs, garden flags, greeting cards with other stuff like cat pillows, baby socks, word sayings on blocks, crafting items and supplies, sewing items, home décor, sports memorabilia for VT, WV and JMU, homemade soaps, etc. etc. I won’t be able to list all of the items but you get the picture. There are a lot of things in this place and several shops. I bought a homemade peanut butter brownie too from a bakery near the café in here. It was very delicious. They did have some kind of café but I had just eaten breakfast so I did not stop in there to get anything to eat. The menu looked good though. If I am ever back in the area it would be something I would be interested in trying for sure. Everywhere you turn there are items and things to look at. I liked that this place seemed a bit cluttered. I bought some items for a family member like jams, home décor, and I got myself some chocolate truffles- mint, raspberry, and peanut butter all of them milk chocolate since I do not like dark chocolate. They were all yummy. They were only 98 cents a piece too. A steal!!! I did use the restrooms here and they were clean. Nothing fancy but they did the trick. Toilet paper, soap, and towels were stocked so that is what mattered to me. There was also a furniture store a little up the hill that we went to that was separate from the main market that you may want to check out if you are interested to see what quality furniture the Amish make.. A lot of the items in there were really pretty and cute but I wasn’t looking for any furniture so it didn’t matter to me. I would go back here again. I hope I am back in the area again to experience this place a 2nd time. Everyone was friendly. I asked a couple of questions to some of the people who owned the shops and they were all helpful and kind. Note: I did mention that there are shops. There are several people in here and just like you have an outside market this market is inside so everyone rents a space out and has their shop so make sure you pay attention to the signs and pay the right person and don’t walk off with items in your hands. Note 2: There were four of us that visited this place and we liked it way better than the Shenandoah Heritage Market.
