I was tired, I was weary, I was in need of a place like this. This partially renovated Inn was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet and old building that has a lot of charm...as does the whole area in general. I stayed 6/2017 and would definitely stay again!

They have bedbugs. Room 26 and the staff admitted to me also in room 23. I was also told by staff ‘this place is a dump’ “ I would not stay here”. The rooms appear very clean. Pull the mattress pad back. You can see the bedbug dirt on the actual mattress. The bedding is probably washed daily to keep them down. They have a $600,000 dollar grant. Replace the carpets and mattress.

Great spot! The restaurants are fantastic! The service and food is top-notch and definitely worth checking out even if you are not staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit worn down in line with its age but the rooms were clean and tidy. My room food not have A/C but my uncle's room had A window unit. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The porches were a very nice place to sit and relax.
