WORST HAIRCUT EVER!! I went here this morning and had Becky cut my hair. She was kind, but the service was atrocious. She took all of 2.5 minutes to shampoo my hair. The service was supposed to include a head massage (that did not happen). This is supposed to be relaxing, but all she did was rip through my hair and did not put down a towel on the shampoo bowl, which is so unsanitary!! Moving on to the haircut, she didn’t part my hair correctly when I told her I like a heavy side part; because of this, I’m left with unwanted layers on my left side. She scratched my scalp so badly with her nails it was painful. She was rushing so much that while “combing” through my hair with a large comb, she just kept hitting my head repeatedly, which was, again, painful. I asked for slight texturizing at the ends, which took about 2 minutes to do, and suddenly she claimed I was asking for layers and the price would be increased by $10. I was quickly hurried out of her chair with super wet hair, and she didn’t even bother trying to get the hair off of me. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

RUINED MY HAIR. I wanted barely 4 inches taken off and they literally gave me a bob so short I can't put it in a pony tail. I asked for bangs and the stylist basically forgot about the bangs and I left without them. I had hair halfway down my back and now it's above my shoulders. I was told free conditioning treatment by the stylist and then the owner basically rescinded the offer. I have been crying all day, it took me years to grow my hair out and this stylist ruined it in minutes. Will never go back, and home others see this and also steer clear. My hair is so uneven you can see a large difference in length on each side. Stylist had no apologizes for me and was very quick to pass me off to another stylist once she realized she ruined my hair, and I got a second hand apology from the owner by another stylist. Edit since I can’t reply- there is no accusation here. I was told by your staff they called you and they spoke directly for the owner of the salon. So, the accusation issue lies with your staff, not with my review. I can only relay what your staff told me, Which included them claiming they went to the back and claimed they called you and filled you in around 130 this afternoon.
