Employees were very nice. Unfortunately the two times I went to this specific store they did not have the sizes I needed. It got to be very busy, when I asked about how to take care of my docs they just said here you go (while handing me the products) without really telling me what to do. Would probably go in and check how the shoes fit and just have it shipped to my place because free shipping.

Loved this Doc Martens store. The woman who helped me was very friendly. The shoes didn't fit quite right (too big or too small, no in-between) so she brought out insoles that made them fit perfectly. Very friendly and very patient.
