If you order Fry’s pickup always double check your receipt for missing items and inspect the use by dates on the items you receive. This melted, sweaty block of a cheese was given to us and it is two weeks past the use by date. The ground beef was missing. According to the store, they cannot refund the price of the missing/expired items.

Joe in produce was very friendly and informative when I had a question about veggies. People like him make going to Frys a better experience and it will definitely have me coming back. Thanks!

Female store Manager working 3/8/22 was rude as hell to me when I called today. I believe an item was stolen out of my trunk from grocery pickup on 1/1/22. I’ve tried for months to get this resolved via customer service phone number on Frysfood.com chat and message and they never got back to me. Fry’s/kroger customer service phone number is pointless. Can’t understand them and they don’t understand the issue. Complete incompetence. Manager was asking me why I didn’t contact the store….. Not my fault that your customer service dept didn’t contact you…. There is no place to message the 32nd street and bell store directly. Now she wants me to come into the store and file a report and basically told me that it’s been too long and she doesn’t think she can help me. What a waste of time. Poor customer service from both the store manager and their corporate website.

They get 3 stars for having such a gigantic store with a huge selection of products. They also get 3 stars because of the deli. They had a variety of ready to go items listed but the only thing there was the home fries and baked chicken. That could have made a nice lunch, but I specifically wanted fried chicken or ribs. The clerk said I could find hot ribs at the self check out or I could wait till he thawed some frozen ribs and take them home and heat them. There was no indication that they would fry more chicken or even if I would find the RTG ribs at the front of the store. We're talking a long walk back since the store is so big. I did find 3 packs left with a use by date of the Same Day. I decided to trust them and made the purchase. They don't have bags big enough for the container so of course the sauce leaked out in my car. Then, when I opened the package I discovered the ribs were very over cooked to the point of having to peel off the outer layer. They were also really greasy so I have reached my entire year's grease allowance. Perhaps they should give up on cooking fried chicken and barbecue ribs. They were doing a good job on shopping cart retrieval but no sanitizing took place while I was there. I'd say it's a store worth visiting.

Yes
Yes they do
Good luck. The lady who did my daughter's shopping was ABSOLUTELY lazy and she brought someone with her. She didn't complete the list, brought lunch meat that was brown ( Honey baked ham) , the man who was with her dropped everything he had outside the door. Not only that we had to go downstairs and bring our groceries up. She was also very, very rude to my daughter and future Son in law. I truly hope that you get a good shopper. I can guarantee that we will not be using it for awhile. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON YOU LIST SO YOU DON'T GET CHARGED. CHECK YOUR LIST WHILE THEY ARE IN FRONT OF YOU. I WISH YOU LUCK SWEETIE.
I would give them a call and check. I personally have not heard of it
Yep
They have them available in the frozen section and fresh in the kitchen.
