I have been a member of OLP parish and school since 2005. I grew up in a small town in northern, MN and now my husband and I are growing our three boys in the city. Even though we live in the heart of the city OLP and the surrounding community has a small town feel. Friend, family, and support every where! I have so many favorite community events OLP hosts, my favorite memories each year with my kids is walking to STAR ⭐️ for the Living Nativity. OLP is in good hands with Father Elis, Principle Berry, our amazing teachers, church staff, and musical staff. Thank you 🙏 for everything you do.

My family and I have called Our Lady of Peace and South Minneapolis home for the past 7 years. The parish community, a mix of young and old, long-time members and newcomers, welcomed us wholeheartedly. Their love of Christ and neighbor truly shines in their joy and devotion to worship, faith formation, service and outreach to the parish, school and local communities. In our time here, we have made new connections and lasting friendships and have experienced the support of a loving, faith-filled community. Our Lady of Peace is a wonderful, warm, friendly and inviting community right in the heart of my beautiful South Minneapolis neighborhood. I’ve been a parishioner of OLP for quite some time and truly love the atmosphere and the people. Fr. Ellis is an amazing pastor and his staff are always available and anxious to help and serve.
