Horrible customer service. The representative hung up on me after being on hold for 30mins. I had to literally explain to her twice that I wasn't talking about an old address but an old payment account. No one has an hour to waste due to this error, it's unacceptable to me. I pay every month on time.

I wish they mail or tape instructions for new home owners before they cut your service without a warning... pretty good on phone and easy to set up. But it was really painful to set up service online... so just call them.

Tell your drivers to stop skipping cans.. if it’s not the trash they’re skipping , it’s recycling…. If it’s not recycling, it’s compost. Then instead of sending a driver out the following day or two.. they try to wait until the next pick up week.. which is highly unacceptable. If your drivers miss a pick up they should be out within the next 1-2 days . This is starting to become a common occurrence. 1 star. Terrible

Every time we need additional picks ups, it’s never an issue. They’re incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our daily garbage man is wonderful in every way. He waves to our toddler every morning and always has a smile on his face. We are lucky to have all of these folks.

Hi Tomzoot, there are a few different options for you. If the clothes are usable, you could donate them to Goodwill or Salvation Army. If the clothes are not functional, we suggest using one of the drop-off boxes such as USAgain https://usagain.com/find-treemachine. We hope this helps!
Hi Tomzoot, here is a possible resource to recycle CDs & DVDs: https://www.contracosta.ca.gov/depart/cd/recycle/options/mcdr.htm
Hi Susanne, Great questions! You can enter those items in our Recycle Resource Tool which is available in our mobile app or at www.mdrr.com/rrt/ Envelopes with see through windows, take the plastic film out and paper will go into your recycling cart and plastic window film into the garbage cart. The paper market has drastically changed, and much of what was acceptable as recyclables are no longer. Whenever possible, we ask to reduce and subscribe to online publications since the printed glossy paper found in magazines and catalogs is now considered garbage. Books, both paperbacks and hardcovers, should be donated to local book stores, clubs, libraries. If a donation isn’t an option, then they are considered trash. Thank you, MDRR
