I brought in a heavy box for a return Amazon purchase. The staff was very helpful! They even let me use a hand truck to bring in the box. I will use their service again.

Very rude girls on my visit to the UPS store off Bryan. They didn't have good customer service. I brought in a small box to return to sender and after getting to the counter, realized I needed just one or two small pieces of tape to ensure the box would ship safely without opening. I asked one of the young gals if she could please help me with that but instead said, "Oh that will cost a $1.00". So I realize that a $1.00 is cheap but it was the lack of kindness and good customer service that was upsetting.

The people in this store need to learn about customer service. Everything we go to this location we get the feeling everyone is an inconvenience by walking in their door.

Not a fan of this store, went in yesterday to drop off a package and the girl tells me she can’t scan in my ticket on my phone. I have done this before and it is aloud. I left and had to go to work wasting my time to drive there for nothing to get told I have to print out my ticket. My fiancé dropped it off last night and he said a couple people in line we’re getting there tickets scanned no issues. The girl at the desk obviously just didn’t want to take the time to scan my ticket ;(
