This company does the absolute least they have to to get maximum profits. She does not stand behind her company nor her word!!! I would have preferred to accept this as a bad experience and move on without a review. I ordered flowers for mother's day a week before, I paid the $20 they offer to guarantee they'd be delivered by noon. I also bought chocolates and a candle for my wife. My half wilted flowers showed up at 7:30 p.m. without chocolates or a candle. I was understanding knowing that is a busy day for them. The first time I called she hung up on my after hearing what I had to say. I was asking got reimbursement for the chocolates, candle and guarantee by noon fee. The next few days I continued to call and get ignored. I have it some time and she answered promising she'd look into it and call me back. I followed her in this dance for 3 weeks. She would say just enough to get me off the phone or hang up on me. Terrible business owner!!! Please support someone else who cares about their customers before, during and after sales. I spent $260 and only got a small half dead arrangement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My parents ordered flowers for me for my birthday 🥰 Sophia did an amazing job with arrangement. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! 10/10 would recommend. Sophia provided delivery and exceptional service. The arrangement also included my favorite candy. Sophia went above and beyond to make this arrangement perfect.

10/20/2020 Fabulous arrangement at a great price. Pick up went smoothly. Michelle is great help! boxed it up for car ride home - not a splash got on the car seat. Flowers lasted excellently.
