WOW! From booking an appointment online to walking in to see Tosha T.'s smiling face my experience was unrivaled. I just moved and my previous residence required me to use AT&T, so when I moved to my new home I was so excited to switch to Comcast Xfinity. I booked an appointment online (super smooth and easy process). When I showed up on my appointment day, Tosha had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with everything I needed. I went home, set up my box and had wifi running in 5 minutes....I'm literally speechless at how easy, simple, and relieving this all was. Thank you so much Tosha, for being so kind, sweet, and speedy. I appreciated your service so much. Also thank you Comcast Xfinity for your amazing service, ease of use, lots of support, and fast internet. Endlessly grateful!

I wanted to share a short note regarding the outstanding service we received at this Vallejo location. We were lucky to meet with Michelle. After several trips to the Napa store and more than 3,40 min phone calls with the online team.Michelle quickly identified the issues with our modem and one by one rectified the roadblock that kept us getting online. In a matter of 15 min we resolved everything and Michelle’s did it all with kindness and a smile. I would highly recommend this Xfinity location and please ask for Michelle she is a rockstar and she will get you on your way pronto! Thank you Michelle

If the connectors fit, the cable box should work, but you will not see HD on a standard definition TV. If the connectors are compatible, you will get standard definition picture and sound.
They were able to on my install, they run whatever wire pull you need to get the connection from source to your crib
