Jackson Hewitt in Vallejo, California was well organized, They asked many question to make sure they didn't miss any items on your taxes. They were very thorough. Fantastic job, Thank you

I accompanied my finanće here to do his taxes. He only had two forms and only worked for a bit last year because of covid-19 he was expecting not to get much back although, we were helped by a very elderly lady, she was very quiet the whole time she was doing his taxes not explaining anything. I asked her how much is there service fee, she said she can’t tell me until she is finished with everything with a attitude. We waited until she finished and she was going to charger us 200$ for her service fee! When he’s barely getting anything back. She told us in the beginning if we weren’t satisfied we can cancel it. We asked her if we can just cancel it and have the tax forms back she tells us “ No I’m keeping it” we told her we might end up going else where which is completely fine. She said well that means ur not coming back. She is very rude and refused to give him his forms back until we asked twice for it back. She then told us we can leave in a very rude tone. Worst experience and they charge ridiculous.! All there reviews are fake

I’ve been doing our taxes with Jackson Hewiit for many years now, but this location exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment during this busy chaotic time and I was seated right away. I had a complex return with a schedule c and other w-2”s for the year. The owner was so professional and helped me check all my t’s and i’s before submitting. She went over everything and not only that but explained everything. Thumbs up to this location for making taxes easier and knowledgeable. I’ll be back next year!
