If I could leave negative star's, I would! Was in from out of town, and was looking for a place that could accommodate a hand wash detailing on my 2010 Grand Sport Corvette. All was great, until the attendant left my key fob inside the car, and somehow the car got lock. When they finally realized that they couldn't get in the car, the asked me if I had a spare key. Yea, in CA... Needless to say, I was beside myself! What made it worse, was when the General Manager, Del Bossert, approached me and said "This isn't our problem or responsibility" Excuse me!? Del was very rude and unprofessional and told me if I didn't figure out how to get the car moved, he was going to have it towed. Ultimately, I had to contact a local Chevy Dealer, have the car towed to the dealership, and have a new key and fob made, all at my own expense.

I went to the quick lube on Sunday for an oil change and they told me I needed my power steering fluid topped off. Thursday I'm at Toyota to get my spark plugs replaced, routine maintenance. Toyota tells me my power steering cap is missing. I tell manager Casey what happened and he denied everything with a really bad attitude as if he could really care less about my hardship, when this quick lube was the last place to touch my power steering cap. I will never come back here as long as this Casey is working here.

When I moved here from the East Coast in August, I fell in love with this place — there was nothing like it back home, a one-stop shop for my car! Imagine my dismay when I happily arrived for my third visit a few days ago and was told they no longer offer tire rotations, only oil changes. When I asked why, the employee (in a joyously condescending tone) explained that they could make a lot more money performing other services. Helpful! Then once I got out of the car, they told me I needed a new air filter. But they didn’t have it in stock. And yea, I got a free car wash but it was suddenly downgraded to the drive-through service ONLY. The clerk who prepared my service order completely ignored my coupon and didn’t apply it although i mentioned it and tried to give it to her. Then the cashier acted like she was doing me a huge favor by applying it. Thanks! Once I left, already unsatisfied, I noticed they had also failed to reset my oil light OR even give me a sticker indicating my mileage and next scheduled maintenance. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

This is a great thorough car wash but most of the employees are rude. They act bored, like they can’t be bothered. The location in Ahwatukee is much more friendly and helpful. Be aware, this location is a little tough to get out of, as the traffic is crazy. That said, I do like how clean it gets the car, the towels and the vacuums for do it yourself after wash care.

They don't have one single price for a detail. It depends upon the needs and size of your vehicle. If you call them you can get quoted or just go in the morning and let them see what they're working with. Sometimes it can be done same day!
I strongly agree with you. This establishment also caused over $3,000 in damages to my car and would not cover any of it. Not recommended.
