Haven’t been happy with the local Baggins lately. Ordered back in February and the bread bowl was very undercooked and not edible. Ordered online yesterday and they have since raised prices. Went to pick it up and they said “We are out of bread bowls”. The bread bowl is arguably the best part and I don’t want to pay $14 for bagged salad again.

Pretty disappointing. They were out of bread bowls and gluten free bread. It was also a bit pricey for what you get. Elements of our meal weren’t fresh (brown avocado in sandwich, cucumbers in the salad were mushy and transparent). The two stars is for the cookies. We wouldn’t eat here again.

Good food, over priced. I have seen paint dry faster than some of the people they have working here. No sense of urgency, watched a gut make my sandwich for 15 min going as slow as possible for a cold sandwich (I understand hot sandwiches need to be cooked). I was the only customer in the store. I hate to see how this place is when it's busy.

We had to call in our order because the website took down the "Special Instructions" window to add extra tomatoes or extra sprouts. (And there's no box to check for that) Not busy. 11:15am. Charged me .45 cents extra for extra sprouts? One thin layer of turkey. The white stuff was supposed to be cream cheese, which is a feature of the "Unforgettable". (See pict) Wow, went all out on that! Two pieces of bacon to cover the whole sandwich?! VERY little avacado! Man, I keep trying to give them another chance, but this time I gave them a $100 bill on a $19 order and they gave me sixteen 5 dollar bills for change. This is NOT a $10 sandwich! The "Grinder" we bought was overpriced as well. The quality just keeps going down. Inconsistent food, skimping on portions, and can't even make proper change. Tried their "sides" a couple times, they are REALLY small, and not very good in my opinion. Baggins: D minus! (Even after 4 re-tries)
