Super disappointing and frustrating experience. A tree we had previously purchased (and loved) died so we went back to repurchase the same tree. I was told by the Civano employee that the tree he was selling me was the exact same tree we had previously purchased. I left the tree there and had it scheduled to be delivered and planted in a few days. Once I got home my husband said the pricing didn’t match up, so I called again to confirm and make sure they had sold me the correct tree. After some digging they discovered that they had sold me the incorrect tree. They then proceeded to tell me that they would refund me, but would be charging me a 20% $63 restocking fee ( to take the sold tag off of the tree that they still had on their lot!) Absolutely ridiculous to charge a customer for their mistake! Especially when the tree was still in their possession! Civano has lost our business.

An amazing assortment of your plant needs can be found here. The ground area is huge so you can expect a bit of walking. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I gave 3 stars because they had the trees I was looking for. I bought an Improved Meyer lemon tree, a Navel orange tree, and two lavender plants. Their trees look like they lack nutrients and they are a bit on the higher priced side for the quality I saw on my visit 5/3/22. I asked if they offer military/veteran discounts and they do not. For $6 dollars more the lavender plant I got from home depot looks 1000x better.

Love this nursery. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and if you have a question they are not sure about, they will go and find someone who may have more information. They have a nice selection of plants when the season is right for them. There are also nice places to sit and things for the kids to look at/do while you shop.

They do have a nice indoor area with plants. But almost any Plant can be a house plant if you like it enough. They have a big selection and will even help you in planting it in the pot you want. O ya, they have lots of pots to pick from. Have fun
Civano claimed to me that they received their shipment of container roses just last week. So maybe. But if they don't have it or have sold out of Tiffany, check with mesquite valley growers, they have a large selection of hybrid tea container roses and they don't go on sale until tomorrow April 3! So they will be in stock if they have that variety. It's a beautiful rose
