After being sent to this location from another because a supervisor was a no call no show after a brea, I ended up at this location. And gladly so! The guys here were super attentive to the products I brought in and caught that I had the wrong filter. Customer service here is above and beyond the minute your wheels cross over the bell hose! They noticed a small coolant hose leak and are doing everything they can to remedy the leak, including putting a new hose! I will def be back and recommend anyome need service come to this location N. Oracle/Fort Lowell.

Was very happy with the service. Greatly appreciative with how nice employees were. Most of all I wasn't asked to purchase filter. I would definitely come back to this Jiffy Lube. Great job guys!!!!!

I went to this jiffy lube on Tuesday after being turned away from a different jiffy lube because they said they did not have my filter for the oil change, that was the same jiffy lube that broke my dipstick last week and had sent me to the Oracle and fort Lowell location to have it pulled out. Mark and Gustavo were amazing very professional and efficient there is also another man there that had ordered my dipstick last week and I regret that I wasn't able to catch his name before he got off of work for the day but these three men are truly awesome! They were very friendly and kind to my children as well! I live on the opposite side of town on 22nd and prudence but the jiffy lube on Oracle on fort Lowell because of their kindness professionalism and knowledge will be my forever jiffy lube for many years to come! They did a great job they went above and beyond and I truly appreciate each and every one of them! Thank you guys so much!

So I went in to get a "normal" service I was helped by a very special employee i believe assistant manager Mercedes apparently the last place I took my vehicle did a very bad job they lost the bolt to my oil pan so they used the wrong bolt I guess some plastic cap whatever they could find I guess so My truck was leaking oil I was unaware of could've blown my engine without even knowing smh its an older import so would have been very expensive to repair and the parts are hard to find I spent couple hours calling places to find it with no luck I returned to jiffy lube with disappointment and frustrated not knowing what to do mercedes jumped into action n started making calls within 15 min she found what I couldn't she was really hands on with telling the workers what they needed to do and short time later I was ready to go I don't what I would've done without her kudos to Mercedes because of her I had a wonderful experience with jiffy lube and I will be returning for more services!
