Overall: Not the best care for 4c kinky hair. Too much combing, lost a lot of hair. Update: I see they tried to contact me to let me know of a delay. Rescheduled for later today. Before: I can't review for her work because when I got there for my scheduled appointment, the salon was closed and I called several times and no one picked up. Pretty disappointed as I made a lot of changes to my work schedule to make it here
