I'm with Alameda alliance I'm on dialisys Everyother day my rides never show up I have to call everyday and fight with the phone staff before during and after I was suppose to be at my appointment.neing told it's on the way to were sorry but we can reschedule you a ride for three days I depend on my rides to stay alive and I'm watching my health decline simply because I can't get to the doctor..I demand to talk to a supervisor that never calls me back and when one does they keep me on the phone for so long to ask me the same information over and over again then say they have made special arrangements to fix my problem then they say sorry it's to late to fit me in today but my ride will be there starting the next day ..and every day it starts over the exact same .EVERYDAY

You can go to their website (alamedaalliance.org) and search for a provider by name, or by location. You can also call and select a provider over the phone - but try to call early in the morning, and be prepared to be on hold for an hour or so.

Alameda Alliance is a Medi-Cal healthcare plan provider. If you apply for healthcare through Covered California, and find that you qualify for Medi-Cal (free or low-income medical care), you can choose between plans. Alameda Alliance is one option available to you.
