Calling them is pointless , automated system runs you in a circle and tells you to press one but doesn't do anything. After about 10 mins of it running me in circles it says thank you and hangs up. Complete joke of a system

Was really nice, it totally about my attitude, I prayed before I went in , forgot about past experiences I've had, smiled, said good morning. All good

In the past year I have been at this MVD location, standing in line for services at least 6 times, maybe more. All of my visits had to do with titles, registrations, driver’s license renewals, and new vehicle purchase involving a 3rd-party. The staff in this office, without exception, have been courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful not only to me and my needs, but to other customers whose transactions I observed while in line. I am deeply grateful to these state employees for their service.

We were at the Coolidge MVD last Friday around 1:30 to register a new vehicle and to get plates for it. The employee we worked with was rude (eye rolling, throwing paperwork, heavy sighing, not even remotely polite, etc). AND, to make things worse, we never got a receipt or registration (I ordered a new one thru the website rather than go out there on Tuesday). This is my second time dealing with this particular employee. The first time I tried to get a real ID and she was anything BUT helpful -- wouldn't accept certified divorce papers as proof of name change, insisted on a marriage license instead even though the list of acceptable paperwork said certified divorce papers would work. After my third time trying, I just went and got a passport. It was SO much easier. Nobody at this office has anything remotely close to a pleasant attitude but suffice it to say they would make better prison guards than people who are supposed to be helpful to the citizens whose taxes pay them. I'm attaching the ONE thing we actually got at today's visit. No registration, no receipt. I guess we should be lucky we didn't get anything thrown at us. Your people may need a little training in basic human. Right now they're not even versed in please or thank you -- they're great at dead eyes, heavy sighs and nasty attitudes though.

After your vehicle is 5 years old, every other year, yes you need an emissions test
No, not unless you have an appointment... 🙃
It's specifically posted near the entrance that you need an appointment. It was really easy to do online. Then it's guaranteed that you'll be seen.
Perhaps someone would loan you one? You HAVE TO provide the vehicle.
Yes. From website: Road tests are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. To schedulEvan appointment goto: ServiceArizona.com.
Yes you will surrender your previous state id when you get your Arizona one, exceptions would be if your other state id is one of those new federal travel ones, im not sure if you would surrender it, if you want to keep your previous state id, they can let you, given they hole punch it first
I don't believe that you can
