I took my 2009 Honda Accord to Sun Devil Auto for a new alternator to be installed. Joe and Russell were both friendly and professional. I left my car early Monday morning, and by mid morning I was called with the quote for the alternator and its installation. I was able to pick my car up that afternoon and the bill was exactly what I was quoted. The price, and service was fair and excellent. I would definitely recommend Sun Devil Auto and would use them again fir any future auto services. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! I've used several repair shops in the east valley recently and this Sun Devil auto location was just awesome. I had some work done elsewhere on my truck that I wasn't comfortable with. I took it to Sun Devil for a full inspection. A repairman who has decades of experience driving trucks including diesels jumped in my truck and took a test drive with me in the passenger's seat. I'm a little new to driving trucks so he put my mind to rest by explaining the ride and handling characteristics, and suggested ways to improve the ride when not towing/hauling. He dropped me off at work, then took my truck back and performed a full diagnostic check. They only found two very small things wrong with my truck, that I honestly haven't looked into more, yet. The parts they needed were no longer available cause my truck is kinda older, so they couldn't offer to do these small repairs. But they still gave me several good ideas on how to locate these parts myself, and said they would install the parts if I could find them. Total cost for all this = $0.00. I'm going to be towing a lot and Sun Devil Auto gave me the assurance I need to tow with confidence. These guys seem really capable and honest - you need to give them a try. -Michael

Mark was very helpful both in person and over the phone. My car was fixed within a few hours and I was able to pick my car up the same day. I thought originally my compressor had gone out but it turns out it was a bad battery. They could’ve easily lied and said that was the problem and charged me for it but they were honest and I appreciated it! Everyone was very nice and helpful!

If there is less then one star They deserve it. Worst experience ever shops like this should not be open. Came in for a diagnosis for electrical problems the battery was burning. Didn’t get one then they forced me to pay to get my car back. Talked to the General Manager Jerry or something about how disappointed and dissatisfied I am and that I will file a formal complaint with BBB and his response was “I Don’t Car” I feel bad about anyone who got scammed by these dishonest mechanics I only got a diagnosis for $121 they were asking me for $1000+ after DO NOT GO HERE Ps they refused to give out there name’s which just proves that they are hiding from responsibility for their actions
