This place has always been about a three and a half star. Prices are ok, and they usually do an OK job. Like most other Cobblestone locations they are usually busy and do the best they can to turn out cars. I never expected perfection, however, today I took my truck in and upgraded to the platinum service $40. They couldn't even provide a basic interior wipe down. They werent busy at all!! This location sucks!!!

Poor service, if there was a rating below one star that would definitely be appropriate for thi establishment. Mats were not vacuumed, glass not clean. I gave this business a second chance by coming. I could have save myself $30 and done a better job.

I got the ultimate carwash and I have never been more disappointed with a service!!!!!!!! I’ve been here several times and it’s never been this bad. They literally didn’t clean parts of my car. These were footprints from my son in the car, the didn’t wipe down the sides of my doors, they didn’t fully clean up a stain, and they literally didn’t even touch an issue in the back! I will never go here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place used to be good. Now not so much. When you pay 31$ for a full service car wash and you expect to get your carpets vacuumed and inside cleaned. I'm not asking for a detail, because that is now what you have to get to have the interior wiped down. But you can at least wipe the dust off the dash and steering column. They didn't want to do too much work so they lowered back seats so they didn't have to vacuum that area and moved my books and hat to the middle between the seats so they didn't vacuum there either. It is sad when they raise their prices so much and then are lazy about what they do actually do. And then they expect a tip too. Which i will gladly give because they are working out in this heat because i don't want to. But it will be the last time I go here.
