Great place. The range masters are on top of the safety. Is good for all ages. Highly recommend 👌

This range is out of pace with any modern range I have visited in recent memory. The facilities are more than good, however some issues cannot be overlooked. Their main form of communication is Facebook, What!? The range website is no longer operational and when it was working, it was a throwback to the early 2000. The staff behaves as if you are 1) incompetent and 2) on a military range. They go as far as inspecting personal weapons to ensure they are on safe. Seriously? The whole place has a weird vibe. You know that feeling you get when you're around an overbearing out of touch supervisor, that loves to remind you hes the supervisor every chance he gets because he craves relevance like you need air? Its like that. If you have never experienced a normal civilian range and have only been on military ranges you wont be able to tell the difference, but if you have visited normal ranges you will be baffled by the way this range operates. This range has so much potential, and could be more with a few changes, but that will probably require a change of command, pun intended.

Fiirst time here.... good experience. A shout-out to Range Master Mike for helping me with my new AR-15! Really good tips...

Range management has been enforcing stupid rules over the last 6-8 months like - not allowing shooters to fire "green tip" steel core ammo (for example 5.56mm M855). That means the majority of AR ammo owned by shooters can't be fired at this range now. If you talk to some of the range supervisors - they'll tell you.... and I quote... "you can't shoot incendiary, tracer rounds, or green tip ammo because it is more prone to spark fires". I have been told more than once after asking. Lumping steel core ammo in with incendiary tracers rounds is ignorant. Granted, it will put holes in and destroy steel targets and target stands over time. That's not reason enough to ban it after allowing it since at least 2004.

You do not have to be a member. You can shoot for $6/day. Be aware that they only take cash. Annual membership is $45, which means no more daily fees for the public ranges. Best thing would be to try it once for the $6, and spring for the $45 if you like it.
It is open to the public.
Gun, ammo, eye protection and ear protection. They sell ear plugs and targets.
