The worst customer service I have ever experienced from one off the store managers. I switched service to AT&T at this location I bought three I 12 phones. My phone never worked properly they tried to fix it over three times within 13 days and they couldn’t. When I asked the manager to replace my phone, the manager refused to do so. I went to apple store they checked and tested the new phone and They recommend to take it back to AT&T to replace it. So now my choice to resolve this issue legally.

Christine the associate was awesome she helped us from the beginning to the end, we had problems setting up our phone’s and she was so patient. She dealt with my husband in the morning then she had to deal with all six of us when we came to trade in the phones . Awesome experience. Have no complaints. Hello I'm Luis. I called into the store to get service and spoke to Valery. She told me to come into store and she will take care of me even though I'm deaf. I came into store today and Brandon was with Valery and helped me out. They both went to the extent of learning to sign to help me. They went above and beyond to customer service. More than 5 stars is deserved! Best experience ever. That's the white glove service. great job to Valery and Brandon.
