I brought a container of used oil to be recycled. I put it by the back door and then I went around to the front and walked into the store. I told a young man that I had a container of used oil that I left by the back door. In a really rude manner, he told me that I should have carried it in the front door. Then he went to the back door and picked up the large plastic bags that I put the oil container in and told we were done and told me to leave. He didn't even ask me if I wanted my container back.😒 Really rude attitude. Absolutely no respect whatsoever. I have spent a lot of money there. Next time, I will go somewhere else

Probably one of the best auto zones best customer service all the other locations are rude and don't care about customers always nice to see the same faces when you go there not different ppl everytime. The manger heactor is always super super helpful when I go there

I have a 99 taco. Check engine light for misfire on 6th cylinder. Earl helped me diagnose, suggested replace cylinder 6 ignition coil. I bought it thinking to replace only one. I tested the coils and found more than one bad, I didn’t use it and got a refund. I ended up ordering all coils and wires as a set and my problem was fixed. Great people, Great store!

No idea. I'm assuming you called them direct and asked. If not give him a call and do that. Why would anybody know a unit part for an idle control on a 2000 GMC Jimmy other than the people who would sell it at AutoZone? Just makes sense to call them direct.
And if they don't have it they can order it for you
