Everyone is very friendly and make an effort to get to know me. My massage therapist, Lizzie, is amazing. Always on time and very professional. She always asks what I need or want out of each session and I have never been dissatisfied. Spa is always clean and Lizzie is extremely respectful of my privacy and comfort!! Highly recommend.

My mother and I receive gift cards to hand and Stone for Christmas presents. neither one of us had ever been before. I am redeemed mine for a massage and my mother redeemed hers for a facial. The girl that did the massage for me was super polite and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure, the environment, etc. it was very relaxing and enjoyable. My mother said she really liked her experience getting a facial there and she even bought several of their products. She said that she believed she could see a difference afterwards as well. I think I agree with her too. It was subtle but it was only one time. They were running a promotion on their services. You can join a loyalty program and receive one session for either a massage or facial a month for a flat fee. Normally the enrollment fee is $100 but on this day was 25. I enjoyed my experience so much that I joined this loyalty program. I have yet to go back for my second visit but I am looking forward to doing so. You can gift one of your monthly visits to somebody for a $10 fee or you can skip it and it carries over to the next month so they do not expire. I really like that they do this.

Went to Hand and Stone for the first time yesterday and had a massage with Sarah - it was amazing! I have been looking for a massage therapist since moving here from MN 2 years ago and I can say, I have found the best with Sarah! The entire staff at Hand and Stone was very welcoming and the owner Steve took time to chat with me when I arrived and again after my massage to ask about my experience. I'll be returning next month for a massage and facial. I would definitely recommend going to Hand and Stone!

I have been going here, and a member, for 2 years. I love that they address me by my name when I walk in the door. Everyone is very friendly yet professional. Lindsey is awesome! I saw a few other therapists but when I got Lindsey one time, that was it! Lindsey is the one for me. I was there yesterday and after my massage I decided to check on the massage I thought was scheduled for my son's birthday. For some reason it didn't get scheduled but Steve (owner) and Asha (front desk) made it right. Thank you so much!
