I never thought I would be reviewing Party City, but they blew my mind with how good their service is! Even if there were 2 people waiting or 5+, the whole staff were super friendly and professional. No one likes waiting in lines or for blowing up balloons, but they made it very efficient and acknowledged every single person that walked in at the same time! Yvonne greeted everyone and made us feel super welcome and showed us all the balloons options. She also gave all the kids a special party city number latex ballon for their birthday numbers for free! Everyone was so nice and it made party shopping super fun. I would definitely go back and tell others how good this location is and as rotten as some customers were, the staff was very positive and made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you to Yvonne and Team for making my son feel special!

Only went there on emergency helium balloon. Wayyyyyy too expensive on 90%of the store, actually, 99% of store. Do your research or you will spend too much here. Also staff continually talked about how much longer they had to work until shift was over-no wonder their customer service is bad.
