It was suggested by discount tires to get an alignment now that I had new tires. They also gave me a coupon for the service. I made appt for next day. the employees with kind and listened. Made sure that I actually needed an alignment and then confirmed. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. Nice peeps and very respectful of my time.

Great experience! Customer service was awesome. Will never go to dealership again. Stress free. Sorry I didn’t get the two employees names at the desk who were so helpful and pleasant. It was Friday 3/18 at 10 am if that helps identify them. You have a new customer and I will tell my friends and neighbors to try you !!!!
