Big Dave's Bikes staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had a slipped chain on my e-bike and when I brought it in they jumped right on it. Within a couple of hours they not only got the chain straightened out (and lubricated!) but they added an adapter to ensure that the problem would not recur. Every time that I've brought my e-bikes in they have serviced them very quickly, and always check to be sure that they are running right before turning them back over to me. I strongly recommend them for bike work - and can add that they also have a good selection of a wide variety of e-bikes.

Everyone in the shop is awesome. I got the white glove treatment for two bikes for my son and I. I walked in the shop knowing very little about bikes and walked out with two Trek's that my son and I are very happy with. Customer service, knowledge and products are awesome. Would definitely recommend and plan on going back myself.

Very professional and attentive to our questions. Friendly team.They helped my daughter get the "Trek Marlin5" in the color and size we wanted. This model wasn't available in any store within 60 miles radius of Tracy. We drove approx. 1 hour to Pleasant hill, pre-booked the bike on phone, it was ready when we got there.-Damanjeet
