I have been to both locations on thunderbird and have never left dissatisfied. This appointment I did however get the bangs I have been trying to achieve for a while, which is awesome. I went in with an inspirational photo and discussed with my stylist how we can get as close to achieving it since I have thin, very straight hair. She did great, and knowledgeable with hair types. I believe her name is Jocelyn… (probably didn’t spell it right) but she was great 😊

Ok first off beautiful salon so clean and gorgeous. That’s the only thing I liked about it. I showed my stylist videos of inspiration for my hair I’m talking about feathered layers, face framing, V or U shape, like all this dramatic look and she really did not give me any of that. All I got was 3 inches chopped off, one layer starting an inch above my length and no shape at all she said she gave me a U shape but it just looks straight across. Also another thing she did not have me face the mirror at all and that made my anxiety build up not being able to see myself or see her cut my hair because I already had a gut feeling it wasn’t going to come out good. First time in this salon and unfortunately they did not give me what I wanted. I did tip her for her service but for $50 I feel like I was ripped off. I will be going back for a touch-up free of charge like she said she would do for me and I will straight up let her know I do not like my hair at all please fix it the way I asked for it. This is very upsetting and I had high hopes this salon would be a place I’d want to get my hair done. After this touch-up whether it comes out good or even worse. I would not want to return there.

Shannon did an amazing job on my cut and color! She corrected my color, and now my color is even, pretty and so shiny. The hair cut that she gave me looks good wash and wear but even better when I decide to style it-no matter how I feel, my hair looks good. She was also much quicker than other stylists that I have experienced. The price was very fair. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I am looking forward to returning to her chair. I walked out of Salon Blissful looking pretty and feeling like I should go out on the town to flaunt my new look!
