The lack of professionalism and compassion is very apparent. Not only were papers that had lists of other patients information left on the counter, but the fact that It seemed like it was the end of the world to help me figure out what happened or interfered with my prescription being sent in was astonishing. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy. “The prescription was probably sent to Walgreens. That happens a lot.” “We have over 60rx from last night - It might take an hour, Idk” “Are you SURE it was sent to this pharmacy?” “Yeah there isn’t anything we can do.”

I did not like this location, I wasn't even in the store for more than 3 minutes. I went in before work to look for squishmallows and plushies and while I was walking around the store I kept seeing the employees staring at me while I was looking around the toys. Finally one came up and asked if I was looking for something so I told her squishmallows. She quickly said "well we don't have any!" and looked towards the door as if I should leave. I told her I was sorry for coming in and she followed me until we got back to the doors and she watched me go out. I felt so sad when I left the store because they made me feel like I did something wrong by going in. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience with Christopher, very friendly!! Offered to help me save money with the monthly promo reward program . Place is very organized, clean..overall good shopping experience.

This pharmacy is so slow they can only ring up one customer at time and they have several people working back in the pharmacy and have 2 registers going . They had the script sitting at the register and walked away and left it on the counter. We had been waiting for a half an hour . The people in the back were just walking around like they had nothing to do , Or like they were all hung over from partying the night before. What happened to customer service, these people act like they don’t care about their patients or customers . I had planned on spending some money at this pharmacy besides just prescriptions , I just bought the script and left the other stuff behind . Is this what customer service is coming to, this is sad .
