One of the worse experience that I had as customer service. I went there for my password. As one of the staff in post office in Campbell recommended this office for me that “they accept passport process with out appointment “. When I arrived in this location . Staff in post office told me they didn’t accept without appointment. I said : It is ok. I thought you accept. another person from back came and asked me who told you that we accept with out appointment and I said post office in Campbell, she Said:” there is no post office in Campbell, you are not honest, “ that was really embarrassing in front of other customer. Point here is that: if they didn’t accept without appointment, it is ok. Just be nice . I don’t have any complain. But having such attitude from staff is really unprofessional and they need training. It doesn’t need to offend other if they are too busy with their job. There are two post office in Campbell: 500 west Hamilton ave, Campbell

We showed up for a walk-in Passport Service and noticed a sticky note on the window that said “Due to being short staffed all Passport services are suspended”. I spoke with the store manager and was told sorry we are unable to help. Then the manager went on and on about saying that she didn’t even have access to process Passport Services, which is a total lie. How can the store manager not have access to process passport applications when this is a standard service offered at this location??? This is unacceptable. The managers are supposed to be problem solving and not causing inconvenience for customers. At the very least they need to update their online page to notify customers if any changes in services. I took a day off work to take care of my passport matters and wasted an entire day for nothing, and was simply told sorry, go somewhere else. Not good!

Passport service is awful here! We were carrying a new born standing in the line, but they gave priority for a person who came for passport renewal. Very unfriendly and slow service.

This place is too cool! Went there at 8:00 hoping lane will be more...but was the first one :) ..just that passport services open by 10 .ample parking available(free), come prepared with something to pass the clock..there are park chairs outside which can be used.Counter lady was courteous ,unfortunately they don't click photographs here nowadays. Best to get it handy from costco-5$.
