I have been here a couple times for repairs on my “new” used car. The first visit was for a noise in my panoramic sunroof. Turned out to be an odd loose bolt rattling around. They had to open the whole thing to figure that one out. Great job! THEN I had an issue with my gearshift, needing a replacement, and I had huge leak I noticed when going through the car wash. They found that the seal around the rear window brake light had failed. They knew I needed my car and expedited the repair so I didn’t need to get a rental. Then they even tried to clean the stain from the leak on my headliner fabric. Thank you so much for your great work and customer service! It’s hard to find good customer service these days, so kudos to you.

First time customer. 120K mile service (which is fairly extensive) on my RAV4 was needed, and I wanted an alternative to the Dealership. I had a little bit of trouble contacting the shop up front, and then getting accurate quotes, but overall the experience was quite satisfactory. I do plan to come back.
