I got there the 2nd time in one day and still waited over an hour before "J" rushed me in. .. After the first "consult" he assured me that he could easily do what I wanted done. I got to my appointment at 12:30 on Sunday, I Finally walked out at 4:15, my hair was a light green, where it should have been high lighted with gray/ silver. I wasn't pleased at all, but I still tipped "J" 20.00 please don't go to this salon!!!! You will REGRET it!!!! 4 1/2 hours I was there and my hair doesn't even look like anything was done to it. Cost me $100.00 don't waste your time or money at this place!!!

Booked an appt 4 hours ahead of time on Sunday, came in on time, and wasn't greeted right away. Then waited 15minutes, and got told to come back in 45minutes, which was an hour worth of waiting, after already scheduled appt. Stylist was still working on same customer, for a total of 3 hours for color/cut. Only 1 stylist, which doesn't make sense for one of your busiest days, on a Sunday. Then we just ended up leaving and never getting our requested services. Very disappointed 😪 Then went by on Monday @3pm and it was closed.

I had my hair cut by Becky, wonderful service from her🥰 I brought my mother & daughter back the next day. Becky cut my mom's hair and looks fantastic,another stylest Merry with short blond hair cut chloe's hair, also fantastic. But and here comes the but. As I picked out some products and went to the register to pay. I was completely ignored by the two lady's standing their discussing their work schedule. After 5 minutes of standing their, the dark haired women with short hair. Rudely says ugh do you want that? Well obviously I want the products🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ why would I have been standing their???? So after she says again do you want to pay for them now. I just left them on the counter. But definitely give Becky a try she is awesome for picky people like myself. Thank you Becky & Merry for your fantastic work on my special lady's.
