I had a Catheter Ablation procedure done at El Camino Hospital, stayed overnight and was very pleased with the staff, doctors, nurses and the facilities. They all were very professional, caring and attentive to my needs. Thank you.

Had to see a podiatrist here about redoing a procedure on my feet. The first visit went well, as he was friendly and did a decent job. Sadly, I needed to go back in for a second visit since the first procedure didn’t take. Our first bill was sizable, so I was concerned about cost. Insurance had urged me to see if the cost (code) would be different and to ask the Dr. at the end of the procedure to see if it would be less. He had no problem being comfortable with me and putting his hand on my shin when I voiced my concerns/anxiety about the procedure (it is painful). He was trying to assure me that all would go well and came across as warm and empathetic. I had also asked about getting some medication for my toes and he said no problem, I can get that for you (after we were done with the procedure). After the procedure, I asked if the code would be the same for my procedure since it was redo. He went from nice/friendly to cold and flat out rude. Literally telling me, “NO, it’s the same code, the same”, and *literally* turned his back to me and walked away. There was no, “No, I’m so sorry it’s the same” or “so sorry, it’s the same code, but please feel better soon, have a nice weekend.” ZERO compassion or empathy AND he didn’t even bother to give me the medication I had requested for my toe nails at the end of the procedure like he had promised…?!? I was shocked and deeply saddened - this treatment at the end truly bothered me. I guess all he cared about was the money and the whole nice guy was just an act based on his super rude behavior at the end(?) I had made peace with whatever the cost came out to, I just needed to let my spouse and insurance know but I felt that he had treated me like I was some dirty beggar asking for money. I will NEVER see foot (no pun intended) in this hospital again and will now have to find a new hospital for specific procedures. Even if I have issues with my feet, I will NOT go back to this Dr!!!

Great nurses, but our doctor, who ONLY delivers at this hospital, and who we visited for 5 months prior to delivery, failed to mention that the HOSPITAL that she works out of does not take our insurance (but her office does). We had to shell out over $3,000 to the hospital after delivery. It was a scheduled C-section, so there absolutely should have been some notice given, in the 3 months it was scheduled for that we would not be insured for the delivery or stay. UPDATE - the hospital asked us to reach out once I posted this. We plead our case for weeks after the delivery in protest of this charge to no avail. I will reach out again and see if things have changed.

I called them 3 times to make an appointment. 3 different assistants responded and each time they said they would call back after talking with a doctor. After the first call, when nobody called me back, I called a second time and told her to please make sure to call me back. She said: of course. Never called back. So I called again, a third time, talked with a third genius, and again she said she would call back. Never did. Speechless.

Yes
Question is not clear maybe this can help: Go to The Second floor, Surgery room 2B and ask them
You probably already have an existing account, you would have to call to get a new pass code to access your accout. My recommendation is try calling any outpatient department, (mine dept. Is lab),and ask how to gain access, most departments walk you through and might even do it for you over the phone.Hope this helps 😀
I don't work with the IT team. But the closes I think you can do, is to recover your email and password with Google. Good luck!!!
8am to 7pm. There are other restrictions depending on the area you are visiting. Check out the website elcaminohealth.org
Either by phone or in person. Always bring a doctor's request, that will make easier to find.
I'm not sure, but I know there's a financial department that can help if you don't have insurance.
Reach out to their patient experience representative.
Drive to El Camino Hospital and check in at the Emergency entrance. They will help you through this process. I ask God to bless you and protect you through this tough time
