How many times have we all been lured into a place by a commercial? Well, your savvy marketing skills got me again! I should know better at this point, but occasionally you think you might get lucky. NOPE!! KFC I must stay consistently disappoints. Apparently the stores are unaware that the company is promoting such a thing, because this location didn't have the ingredients for it to be made (macaroni and cheese and chicken) hmmm I'm not sure if it's a day of the week thing or maybe even a time thing, but I have never gone to this location and gotten what I came in for. Something is ALWAYS out- no fries, no hot wings or you have to wait 15 - 20 for it to be made. Bonus there is that it's fresh. But otherwise I would call first to make sure you get what you want. Hahaha

I mostly just use the drive threw bcz I don't like to dine-in bcz Covid-19, has missed up my way of eating in fast food restaurants. But! Only in curtain occasions I will go to KFC for a good big meal. Overall KFC is a great place to choose if you have a big appetite or a big family and you want a meal to keep you full for hours.

I Always Have A Problem With The Rude Lady Manager But Today I Took My Food Back Because The Fries And Biscuits We’re Like Hot Rocks… She Dug Her Hand After Coughing Into My Bag With My My Other Food Dug For The Biscuits And Walked Off After Finding What She Was Looking For Didn’t Speak To Me At Even Though I Was Speaking To Her And Made One Of The Other Workers Repeat Everything She Said To Me…. She Got Smart At The Mouth Telling Me Next Time Check My Food Before I Leave… Dawn At This Point Just Find A New Profession Of Tell Your Higher Up That You Hate It Here Because Nothing About You Screams Customer Service

The absolute worst experience , ordered #13 with large fry and mtn dew and a sierra mist with an additional fry , that is not what I got. Instead I got 2 medium frys and a water ??? How did you mess this up that bad .... ?? Also my little chicken sandwiches had nothing on them, no pickles ,no mayo .... Absolutely upset I have already contacted corporate. I understand everyone is in a rush but atleast have the decency to do your job right .....
