3 women were running the store like bosses, with no manager apparently cuz a lot of products were not in stock. Great haircut from Therise and excellent customer service! I've always gone to an upscale salon and I was actually more satisfied here because she listened to me.

This location is losing business to their nearby Great Clips by not opening until 10am when the others open at 8am. I don't care if there is problems getting enough stylists to work, the owner should open at 7 am to outdo their competition and do the job themself instead of staying closed and having their customers going to other locations. If it was me, I'd rather be overworked than out of business. They should be trying to outdo the other stores not submit to defeat.

I have tried to get a haircut everyday for the last week. The check in time is always 90+ minutes. Been going to great clips for years, but decided to buy my own clippers since you have to wait an hour to get a simple haircut that usually still gets messed up anyway.
