Still waiting. I called on 10/31 and was told they could not make an appointment for me because they did not have the new calendar (for November?). "Mary" said they would call me back. It's been over 2 weeks - It's now November 16 - no word. I guess I'll have to go to COSTCO for my hearing aids. Dec 11 and still waiting. I know, I could call them again, but why? If their service is like this why would I want to use them. Kaiser should dump this company! January 2020 No I haven’t called back. Who wants to do business with such an outfit. Note. I’m still a fan of the rest of Kaiser.

Having a similar bad experience. Had an appointment in mid NOV was told they had no appointments till Jan and that someone would call me in JAN. Well its almost the end of FEB no call. Called them today, been on hold with elevator music for 15+ mins. Finally left a message...I'll update if i get a call back. I've never had this happen with any other Kaiser department. I need some hearing aids and i need to use my kaiser benefits! What's going on here? Makes me very nervous cuz I know I'll have a significant out of pocket expense and that I've heard it takes an ongoing process with a provider to get the hearing aids right. I am not feeling confident about the level of service provided by this department! Edited to add-I have since gotten HA from this location and they have been good ever since. I still have to call them to check on things even when i was promised a call. but the providers have been stellar and very accommodating, especially Sara. Thanks!

The Crew that works here is the best. My 14 year old daughter has been coming to them for years. They always help out when she has questions and are always friendly and courteous when you walk in.
