This place isn't much of a step up from burger king. It's expensive (their prices on their website are not accurate, it was about 20% more than what their website states). We spent $35 for 2 burgers and 2 sides (no drinks). Fried zucchini wasn't cooked through, half of it was mush and the rest I had to pull and tear. Breading on both zucchini and onion rings were flavorless. The patty on the burger was super thin. The chicken club was good. We won't be returning. I was excited to try and support a local spot but this place is too expensive for less than desirable food sadly.

We ordered two burgers and it took around an hour to get our food. They gave us the milkshake and the drink right after paying (nearly $30) and by the time we got the food the milkshake was melted. The restaurant was not busy, and one of the workers was on his phone and refusing to help any customers. If you don’t value your time, and want to over pay for subpar food then this is the restaurant for you! If staffing is a concern then let customers know before they pay so they can make an informed decision on if they want to wait.

It was a step up from the regular fast food joints but i was not impressed but to each their own what have been five stars if they handmade their own pattys

Honestly this joint was rough. And, reading the other reviews, my assumptions were correct… at some point this place went from a bustling, 1000+ reviews burger shop with happy customers, to being rough and dirty and pretty depressing. We came in with the kids for some food. It was $50 for three burgers and fries and drinks. I didn’t want the combo, but the cashier assumed I did without asking, that was kinda weird. She said “it comes with fries.” And later I discovered at the bottom “2.99 to add fries and drink.” The A/C for whatever reason was completely off, doors open, fans on. While we were in there the power shut off as if that was just a normal occurrence? None of the employees reacted at all. (Thankfully not a super hot day.) The food took about 25 minutes to be made. The restaurant wasn’t completely full so not sure why 25 mins. “$50” and “25 mins” are not the worst factors for a burger joint. But the food, let me get to the food… basically everything tasted like it came from a Kirkland’s bag. Tasted & looked like premade buns, premade shredded lettuce, premade frozen patties, premade bacon… premade everything. Not much signature taste or flair to any of it. The sweet potato fries were cold. The bathroom had poop stains on the top of the toilet (not the seat, I mean like, the top level of the toilet), the tables felt nasty, they don’t offer refills at all. You have to ask them for napkins cause they aren’t by the soda fountains or anywhere. I’m gonna paraphrase the review here from the gal who worked here for a few years: “the management doesn’t care about their workers at all, just about the money.” It really, REALLY felt that way. Prolly don’t go here. Unless you like extremely cheap-quality food for a not cheap price.
