She gave me a haircut I didn't want talked about herself instead of cutting my hair kept trying to give me layers and sprayed water in my face also styled my hair even though I said I didn't want it to be styled.

Walked out with choppy hair. I literally almost cried before of how uneven it came out. I had to go back inside and ask to make it even and frame the face area. Bottom ends were thick and uneven. I had to go to Durango to get it fixed!

I needed a haircut for my son. I made an appointment on the same day. We waited for a bit, but they did a great job! It was our 1st time at this establishment; we didn't know how they set up their Appointments. No one explained as we walked in nor asked us if this was our 1st time there. But they set up a same day appointment. Be nice if they explain their Appointments if we can call In or if we have to be present to make one. We was a bit confused, but we waited in the lobby if we had known we could have waited in car til our turn. We were the last customer. The other hair stylist was done and ready to leave. We didn't know who was going to assist us or what. No communication. But we waited, and the other hair stylists assisted us.

Been going here the last couple times. They kept a note or what they did last time which is nice, and I didn't get the dreaded "Do you want it cut with scissors or electric razor?" Gee I don't know you tell me? Nice place, clean, average prices. Probably keep going there.
