If I can give 0 starts I would! I had no help & they’re so so rude and LAZY ! I had been there about 4 times in 1 week asking about the status of my application and they just kept telling me I needed to wait and I would say wait for what and they told me till the 7 of July but never actually told me what for. Then whole time I was missing two forms I had no idea about I had to call the place on edgemear for help bc this place didn’t help me at all in person. Plus I had no idea forms were even missing!!!!!! I told them no one told me about the forms all the times I’ve been here and she just shrugged her shoulders! So careless and inconsiderate.

This particular location (Alameda) are extremely careless, rude, and lazy. They make it so difficult on people and don't care to help anyone. The one guy was very careless, snappy, and condescending tone and wouldn't listen at all. Someone needs to report these people. Other States are so easy to apply compared to El Paso. I wonder why people from these kinds of help programs are so bitter and angry. I can't wait to not need assistance.

the services are good but the people on 7900 Alamada are rude. The people on the front want you to wait in line when there is no one there. No one ever answers the phone to complain.

Cindy Perez is a very rude person she Was yelling at me she was telling me that she was going to fax my letter from work when she didn’t make any copies to fax them. She was hyper looks like she was on drugs or something. She didn’t new how to explain nothing. I don’t know what her problem was, but she was very rude.
