I love this place and their work. But when I go and get a pedicure or a manicure more than the job done I want an experience. The workers are very robotic and just there. It’s almost like hi goodbye experience. Just by calling and making an appointment as soon as you give them your name and number it’s straight to “ok see you here at ….” And they hang up. Most people won’t mind this. But to me the product could be not that great but if the experience was amazing I would definitely go more often.

I have gone to legacy nails several times before so I know their pricing menu. The second to last time I went I got a full set on my hands and the full set of acrylic on my feet. They usually do a good job but the Lady with flower tattoos on her hands and black hair just did not deliver this time. The lady did horrible on my nails. Acrylic on my skin which resulted in her cutting me multiple times with the drill, still failing to remove the acrylic. Which ended in lifting after a week. Since the guy who did my feet did well I decided to only get my feet done this time. I received a basic pedicure with a full set of acrylic on toes and French tip gel polish I paid $85. I came back today to get the same thing except for this time it was $105. Also They failed to mention the card reader being down on two separate occasions on the phone when I called. So not only was I inconvenienced even more by leaving my phone, to go find an ATM to withdraw the cash-paying an extra fee on top of missing my next appointment that I paid nonrefundable deposit for. If your running a business providing a service to a customer it would be in your best interest to make sure the customer can afford service. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the lady at the register apologized. Sorry just didn't cut it after the amount of extra money I lost due to the lack of communication on their part.I will not be returning and if you read the way they reply to their bad reviews it shows you a lot about an owner & business.

Cindy did an amazing job on my full set. I came from out of town and she was very quick, professional, and accommodating. The whole staff and their services are 10/10. A great experience overall!

Went here today after an awful experience a week ago at another nail salon. The nail tech (I believe her name was Brianna) did such a great job on my nails! You've all earned yourselves a new regular. Thank you!

They have two locations one is #1 nails they can get you in faster there today. He owns both companies it on yarbrough
