I preordered a pizza using the online app but it was not in the kiosk when the app said it would be ready. (-1 *). My order was over cooked and had to be replaced. (-1 *) The employee explained what happened and offered me a free beverage for the inconvenience. (+1 )

Bad service. Ordered online 3 meat and 2 classics after waiting 20 minutes went picked it up on portal when i got home they was no 3 meat. Aleays bad service. They make u wait all the time on walkins even 40 minutes. Prefer to drive all the the way to americas and alameda location

Pleasantly surprised by our cashier as she happily informed us of some offers and guided us through the ordering process. She clearly went out of her way to help, which is something we don't see often. We were even happier with the pretzel crust (which is back) which was thin, crispy and perfect with the jalapeno cheddar dip.

About 30 dollars and they were 2 extra most pepperoni 1, 3 meats and 2 craaaazy breads. I think it was perfect for the price!!
