Fries were perfect. Bought a deal meal so reasonable priced. No hassel on sauces, like a lot of McDonald's. Food was hot and fresh.

They were a little slow to start taking our order but once they started they were good. They were fast and got the order correct, however they didnt really smile much. The cookies were fresh and hot for the last couple times we've been. I will definitely come back, I can't wait until inside dining is open.

3.3 stars because this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been into and look there was no one there in the parking lot, they had time to clean up if they want too , the good side is I got my food in less than 2 minutes that's great but a dirty McDonald's yuck !

They use a clam shell type grill at McDonald's. It is normally cooked each side for about 90 to 120 seconds if I recall right. Sounds like the pattie was pulled without the second half of the cook process being done. Take it back and get it replaced but take a picture and send it to corporate or owner. They need that to make things better but also because they never want a customer to have or receive that kind of product. Hope that helps. Oh and im not an employee of McDonald's but I was a number of years ago in Florida hence the knowledge lol.
