I would never recommend this place for anybody loved ones. I did interviews with nurse, and our worker. Mom at time march2022 was 83y old.I wanted my mom checked on everyday and help her on what I couldn't do bc going to have surgery and mom lived alone. I never could get the worker to call me back to see when a aide would start. Bc I couldn't get info we hired a aide. I called again no reply just voice mail. 20mins later the aide we hired called and the worker answered. To see if she could be 1099 as she worked with this company before. Our worker said no, although the nurse from age span advised me that we could get our own person which is not told to people. (Per the nurse). My mom was found on the floor by our aide and rushed to hospital. She spent a week and now in rehab. I faxed a letter to age span our worker to cancel all services which we didn't get anyway. After that the worker started calling me daily wanting to know what happened to my mom and not understanding the letter I wrote, which was short to the point. In all this time I spoke to this worker x2 and met once. I shutter to think if we didn't have a worker checking on mom everyday what would of happened with no help. Linda Michaud Feb2022-May2022....

I am very happy with the services given to me from Agespan. The Meals on Wheels has helped me so much and my driver is very cheerful. THANK YOU.

This place is a huge disappointment they make getting services so difficult (nearly impossible) and take so Long at least (Months). I have Even switched Case workers and this new one isn't much better than the last. Good Luck to everyone who needs service's from elderly services!!!!!

Worse people to talk to ever. They never do their jobs right. Pathetic

There may be a copay depending on the elder's income. If the income is below the federal poverty level, there is no copay. Other qualifications need to be met as well.
Instacart is what I use. For $9.99 a month I get as many deliveries as I want. They shop everywhere for you. If you use an EBT card they take those to it Aldi's market. Really was checking out. I'm 65 and I can't see what elder services does around here. All they do is tell you what you have to do as you ask them to help they say no. Another liberal funded b******* outfit.
Call and speak with Age Info! They'll be able to help you out.
It would be a service you would have to purchase
