Great waterfall to visit. To get there is a long dirt/rocky road. Lots of grazing cows on the road so you must take it nice and slow. Once you get there, hiking the stairs to find the source of the waterfall is fairly easy. Was able to do it with out 4, 6 and 13 year old boys. They loved the little river and we continued to follow until until we found where it came out of the mountain. It was amazing. So happy we made the drive out to find it.

Beautiful. Roads were covered in snow and a bit icy (1/2/22) but very manageable with AWD or 4x4.

Easy hike with some great scenery which beats seeing all the sand in El Paso. Got caught in a summer storm that blew in, so just make sure to bring a rain jacket with you and some extra socks for when you get back to the car. Also bring some bug repellent if you plan to hike deep into the area!
