Food is great however, the customer service is lacking. Rude staff that throws your bag of food at you. Very disappointed about that so I will no longer support this restaurant. Sorry not sorry.

I order from here often and love the food but will never again go back because the service is awful and the owner is rude. We have had our order messed up a few times but never said anything because we understand mistakes happen. However the last time my husband got their shrimp he got white rice instead of fried rice and since he only likes it with fried rice he ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash. He called them and they said next time we’d get it for free so we assumed it would be the whole shrimp meal for free. Today when we ordered I reminded them about it on the phone. When I got there to pick it up the owner came to the microphone and very loudly started yelling how we are not to get the meal for free but only the side of rice, this makes no sense because our meal already comes with the rice. So then she said she would give us an extra side of rice for free which we didn’t even need because who needs that much rice, she said this was the only thing she could do. I would have been happier if she would have at least decided to give us our side of noodles for free instead of giving us something we did not want. What bothered me most was how she talked to me over the mic and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. They have no problem losing a loyal customer over a few bucks. Cheap and unprofessional.

I ordered food said be ready in 10min I arrived food was ready my question is how so quick doesn't it takes some time, I had I big order about 6 items, 3 of the foods tasted like it was made 6 hours early like if someone returned it or never picked it up, so they put it in the microwave, tasted horrible. And there actitud was not right at all, even when calling. And way over priced did not tell my my total until I was there, if the food was good okay but it was not, so it was not worth it. They ask for 8$ for pork fried rice when there rice looks worth 3$ after all that rice is cheap rather eat it raw. No thanks

Slightly higher price than others BUT WORTH IT, great food, I enjoy the hot and sour soup, general tso's chicken and shrimp fried rice....
