Services used: Truck wash This is my only bad review ever. This is how bad this place and the owner are. I’ve been using this truck wash intermittently for years and it’s always been subpar. This time while waiting in line the owner Eric came out and tried to hard sell me the headache rack being washed separately after I was already paying extra for “de-sanding”. If your truck is real dirty they make you pay more to get it clean rather than one price for a truck wash. At this point I had been waiting around 2 hours. Eric has longer curly hair and drives a new Audi S4 which he parks out front for all to see. I told Him the headache rack would immediately get dirty again so didn’t need to pay for it washed. This is because he charges an extra $18 for them to spray the headache rack for 30 seconds. I asked for clarification that the rear area is not included in the truck wash and he confirmed that. He shook his head arrogantly at me and put on a disrespectful show for me as he walked away with his female employee. I will never use this truck wash again nor will anyone I speak to. I live 20 minutes away. Furthermore Eric is on GoPro disrespecting me. You can’t find help that stays because you don’t pay them what they’re worth.Keep playing games with the reviews and YouTube will welcome you. Congratulations Eric.

Sometimes getting a washout becomes a scavenger hunt. Today we went to a lot of closed washout companies including this one. However, unlike many businesses out there the owner of this truck washout company opened up just after closing to meet the needs of these desperate truckers. The stress that comes with this job isn't just from road, weather and traffic conditions. It's not just from poor food options, limited quality sleep, and emotional distress. Sometimes it comes from the business we interact with along our routes. We are very blessed and grateful that this owner at this washout bay eased our stress and gracefully opened up his doors to help us, after a tough morning. Let's keep these types of business rolling!! Live MOTOvated! Great place, great people, and amazing owner. This company went above and beyond in customer service. Very trucker friendly. Highly recommend. This company is also hiring!

It is very tight getting into the bays for either truck wash or trailer washout. But staff is very friendly here. NO EFS only visa debit card or cash ONLY. Today they are short staffed 11/18/21 If you have plenty of time before appt. It takes awhile if there is a LONG line. Must have patience 😁
